Puckapunyal Tallarook Football Netball Club


The Puckapunyal Tallarook Junior Football Netball club known as the PUCKAROOK DOGS is currentlt in recess due to low player numbers.  In the past it has fielded both netball and football teams in three age groups, under 12’s, under 14’s and under 16’s.


The club is part of the Seymour District Junior Football Netball League and all matches are played on Sundays with round one of the season set to commence in April. 

They also run Auskick and Net-Set-Go, for younger children keen to learn the skills (see below).


Net Set Go


Net Set Go is a nationally recognised junior netball program which incorporates skill activities and modified games. It is usually run in Term 2.



AFL Auskick


Auskick operates in Term 2 and 3 in Puckapunyal. 

The Puckapunyal Tallarook Junior Football-Netball club invites all primary school age children to come and join in and have fun playing footy!!!

Cost: $60 for the season and includes kit bag.

When: Usually term 2, so sign up and join in the fun.


Seymour Junior Netball Association


Seymour Junior Netball Association is part of the Kilmore Broadford Netball Association league and runs Saturday Netball Competitions for U9, U11, U13 & U16 age groups.

Seymour Junior Netball Association are involved in Net Set Go program for younger children wanting to learn netball skills, this program runs for 10 wks from Term 2 until Term 3

Seymour Little Athletics


The Track & Field season is held at Kings Park in Seymour on Friday nights, commencing the in October and concluding in March. Competition starts at 5.30pm and runs for approximately 2 hours. Training nights are held, each Monday night when the competition season begins – starting at 5:30 pm, and usually goes for an hour. X-Country events are held from May onwards.

Seymour Amateur Swimming Club


Prospective members are required to be able to Swim 50m Freestyle & Backstroke and be able to demonstrate that they have an understanding of the principles required to swim Breaststroke and Butterfly.
